All sales are final. We kindly request our customers to review their order carefully before placing it.

Once an order is confirmed the selected items are reserved exclusively for the customer so to maintain accurate inventory and efficient order processing we are unable to accept cancellations.

Return & Refund Policy

As each product is carefully packed and managed with minimal margins so we currently do not offer returns or refunds. This policy helps us maintain the product quality for future customers.

However, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Exchange Policy | Unboxing Video Required

Every order goes through detailed quality checks before dispatch to minimize any discrepancies. However, handling during transit is managed by our logistics partner and is beyond our direct control. Therefore, we accept exchange requests only in cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Customers must provide a complete and unboxing video of their package from start to finish without any cuts, pauses, edits or interruptions. The video must clearly show a 360 Degree view of the sealed package, customer details, the opening process, and all items received. Exchange requests cannot be processed without video proof. If you face any of the above issues, please message us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide unboxing video, name, contact number, Order ID/Tracking ID, and Instagram ID.

We will review your video and approve the exchange if the issue is verified. Once approved, please send the product to us in an unused, original condition with tag intact. Pack it securely with bubble wrap, mention our details on the package, and share the tracking ID after dispatch. Once we receive your parcel, a replacement product will be shipped to you, subject to stock availability.
