Delivery coverage

We offer delivery across India.

Shipping Charges

* Free shipping on orders worth ₹399 and above.

* A flat shipping charge of ₹60 will be applicable on orders below ₹399.

Processing / Dispatching Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via Email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timeline (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, depending on your location and PIN code.

Please note that in the event of unforeseen operational delays, order delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe. We kindly request that you track your shipment using the Tracking link shared via SMS.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a Tracking link /AWB number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also message us your Order ID to know the latest status.

Delivery Issues

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, operational issues, customs procedures or logistics partner delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp so that we can look into the matter and take the appropriate action in coordination with our logistics partner. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request that customers provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. We will not be liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping charge may apply for re-dispatching the order. We therefore encourage you to carefully review your shipping details before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Address Modification

Requests to change the shipping address will be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped. Please contact us to check the order status.
